We only collect the information you choose to share with us, such as:

• Enquiry details – your name, phone number, email address, number of travellers, travel date and any message you send through our enquiry or quote forms.
• Booking details – pickup and drop locations, hotel names, travel dates, and the names and ages of travellers, so we can arrange your trip.
• Identity documents – only where required, for example for visits to border areas such as Tanot and Longewala, or when a hotel or camp asks for guest ID.
• Payment records – the amount, date and method of any advance or balance payment, for our accounts and GST invoices. We do not collect or store card or bank login details on this website.

Our enquiry and quote forms do not save your details on our website or any server. When you press “Send”, the form opens WhatsApp with your details written into a message, and nothing is shared until you choose to send that message. Once sent, your message is also handled by WhatsApp under WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.

• To reply to your enquiry and send you quotes and itineraries.
• To confirm, arrange and manage your booking, and to contact you before and during your trip.
• To issue invoices and meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations.
• To improve our tours and services based on your feedback.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share only what is needed to deliver your trip, with:

• Our drivers, and the hotels, desert camps and activity providers included in your booking.
• Government authorities, where permits or checks are required (for example, border-area visits).
• Anyone we are required to share information with by law, court order or a government request.

Our website does not use its own advertising or tracking cookies. Some pages include content from third parties, which may set their own cookies and collect usage data under their own policies:

• Google Maps, embedded on our Contact page.
• Links to our Google Business profile, Instagram and Facebook pages.
• WhatsApp, which opens when you use our chat or enquiry buttons.

We keep enquiry and booking details only for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that, we delete them or keep them in a form that no longer identifies you.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
• Correct or update information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your information, where we no longer need to keep it by law.
• Stop using your information, by withdrawing the consent you gave us.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. However, no method of sending information over the internet or storing it electronically is completely secure.

Our services are booked by adults. We only collect details of children travelling with a parent or guardian, and only as needed for the booking.
